Feeling Healthy V.S Being Healthy

There is a HUGE difference between “Feeling healthy” and actually BEING healthy. Just because you “feel” healthy (i.e you have no symptoms) doesn’t mean that you are.

So what should you do to make sure you are healthy? Making daily healthy lifestyle choices (diet, exercise, decreasing stress and one that everyone neglects: SLEEP) are the best way to prevent injury, infection and illness. Sounds simple, but it’s not. You need the help of a healthcare practitioner to make sure that what you are doing is good for you and your body.

Book an appointment for a full-body assessment and find what organ systems are functionally sub-optimally. Our acupuncturist and kinesiologist will then set up a personalized treatment plan designed specifically to you and your needs.
